· Identify Additional Sources to capital for purchase;

· Provide Safe Affordable Homes for purchase;

· Provide Education and technical assistance for Homebuyers;

· Provide Quality Affordable Rental options .

Sustain Homeownership

· Provide grants and loans for rehabilitation for existing homeowners;

· Provide education, technical assistance, and counseling to homeowners;

· Provide HUD Housing Counseling services to homeowners in default.

Revitalize Neighborhoods

· Acquire and Secure vacant properties in distressed neighborhoods;

· Monitor and assist with pivotal community projects;

· Establish relationships with government, community groups, and businesses to provide impacts in distressed neighborhoods.
