Our 5th Impact project includes the area roughly bordered by Locust St in the North, Arlington on the East, Farnam on the West, and 14th St on the South. NHS is working with the East Bluff neighborhood group, and individual neighbors in developing the scope of the project which began in 2007. NHS is also very excited about the possibility of utilizing our resources in collaboration with the City of Davenport’s 100 homes program, and HAPPEN program.
