4th Impact Project Detail—15th and Carey

NHS began our 4th Impact Project in the area of Carey and 15th St.  We completed a door to door survey of neighbors, and determined the goals of the Impact Project.  We are in the process of complete rehabilitation/restoration of 3 properties.  1424 Carey was completed and sold.  1116 E 15th St is currently complete and available for purchase.  1428 Carey is in process of a historic restoration.  NHS also provided 10 exterior beautification grants, and continues to be present as a neighborhood partner for homeowners.

MVNHS currently owns this property and plans to complete an historic rehab and offer for sale in late 2008.
