NHS began our 4th Impact Project in the area of Carey and 15th St.  We completed a door to door survey of neighbors, and determined the goals of the Impact Project.  We are in the process of complete rehabilitation/restoration of 3 properties.  1116 E 15th St is currently complete and available for purchase or rental.  1428 Carey is in process of restoration.  NHS also provided 10 exterior beautification grants, and continues to be present as a neighborhood partner for homeowners.
